Using his own childhood trauma and relationship experience as the start point, Yats ventured into the world of social psychology, developmental psychology, neuroscience, relational associations, attachment theory, reparenting and more, looking to find healing in his own world.

Myles has been obsessed with healing for the greater part of a decade after experiencing a dark night of the soul caused by a traumatic relationship.

After doing the deep healing work and traveling the world learning from masters in the field, he began coaching in 2018. Since then, he’s helped thousands of individuals in The Gauntlet and now brings his expertise as the lead facilitator for Healthy You / Healthy Love.

Myles is an expert at holding a safe, non-judgmental container that allows for healing to occur. His ability to understand what students are going through and connect it to the source of their pain, offers them a valuable reflection into their inner worlds.

He is a master at offering powerful perspective shifts that can transform one’s reality. Many have told him that his masculine energy is calming and makes people feel safe and grounded.
